I’m currently an Army officer on active duty with over 16 years of experience and also run my own health, mindset, fitness & nutrition coaching business. The majority of my career in the military has focused on enhancing Warfighter health and performance through biomedical research; particularly in exercise physiology and nutrition.
I am passionate about helping people enhance all aspects of their lives through health and wellness. I believe our health is everything and leads to a more fulfilling life for ourselves and our loved ones. I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping people transform their health and wellness through nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits.
With over 25 years of academic and practical experience in the fitness industry and over 15 years of leadership experience in the military, I combine a habit-based approach to fitness, nutrition & mindset and utilize my leadership skills and knowledge to guide people through the essential steps needed to improve their health and fitness and learn how to keep it permanently.
