Finding Balance with Kris Babino | THE INTERVIEW ROOM | Episode 024
LISTEN NOW
Meet this Weeks Guest: Kris Babino
Kris was born and raised in central Florida and attended UCF and graduated from USF. Kris’s law enforcement journey began at a small agency in central Florida until the opportunity became available to “go bigger” and join a larger city agency. Teaching law enforcement recruits has been a way to give back since 2006/2007 even though the recruits keep looking younger and younger, year after year. In some ways it feels surreal considering that he is now teaching at the very academy he attended almost twenty years ago.
When Kris is not busy teaching or serving his community, Kris enjoys off-roading and fixing Jeeps, staying physically active and enjoying the newly remarried life. Looking back at 19 years of law enforcement service can be a little daunting at times for a guy that humbly recalls, “I’m just some guy who needed a job and now I’m here.”
